Fresh fruit cake consists of a basic soft and spongy vanilla cake. Yes its an interesting cake and surely loved by everyone specially by chocolate haters/ fruits lovers. I baked this yummy cake for an occasion at home and was truly loved by everyone as it fruity, spongy, crunchy and delish in total.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add oil and sugar and mix it till it becomes smooth. Now add vanilla essence and again mix it.
* Step 2
Now add orange juice and orange food colour and mix it well.
* Step 3
Now sieve the all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Now add this flour and milk little by little and mix it by cut and fold method. Your batter is ready.
* Step 4
Now grease the cake tin with oil And put the prepared batter in it. Now spread the all chopped fruits on the top. And bake it in preheated oven at 160° for 40 minutes. Your fruit cake is ready.
* Step 5
Allow to cool it for some time then unmould the cake and cut it into the pieces. Now take a serving plate place the cake pieces. Then garnishing with chocolate syrup, sliced banana and some tutti fruti. Enjoy!
