Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a grinding jar take garlic, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, black pepper and water as required and make a fine paste.

Now in a bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, masala paste, lemon juice and water as required and make a thick batter.

* Step 3

Now on chopping board take a sheet of papad apply besan paste now again apply the sheet of papad then besan paste. Apply all the papad sheet one by one like this. Then roll out it tightly and steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.

After steaming remove it on the plate and allow to cool for some time. Then cut it into a pieces.

Then deep fry it untill golden brown. Your papad Patra is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce.
