Ingredient

200 gms

milkmaid

1 cup

milk

1 cup

sugar

1 cup

water

1-2

elachi

1 tbsp

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a paste of cornflour with2-3 tbsp milk and keep aside. Mix the milkmaid with the rest of milk. Bring milk mixture to boil. Now add cornflour paste mix well and cook it untill becomes thick.

Prepare sugar syrup by boil water and sugar and elachi together. Strain it and keep aside.

* Step 3

Cut the bread slices into the triangle shape and deep fry it untill golden brown. Then deep it in the sugar syrup and place it in the servings plate.

Now top each piece of bread with prepare milkmaid mixture and garnish with cashew and cherry. Serve hot or chilled.
