Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take poha and soaked it for 15-20 minutes. After that place the soaked poha in a grinding jar and make smooth and thick paste.
* Step 2
Now transfer it into a bowl add rava, curd, salt and water and mix it well. Then cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Now again in a bowl add all ingredients of topping section except chilli flakes and mix it well. After that take a prepare batter and again mix it well if required add more water to make a thick batter.
* Step 4
Heet butter in a pan. Add a laddle full of batter and spread it lightly and top with prepared vegetables topping and chilli flakes.
* Step 5
Now close the lid and cook it on medium flame for 1 minute on both sides. Your poha uttapam is ready.
