rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the rice for 2 hours.Then grind it with coconut and murmura, make a dosa batter.

* Step 2

Add coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped chillis, grated ginger, salt to taste, add water make the dosa batter thinner.

* Step 3

Heat a tawa, grease it, pour 1 ladle of batter and spread little, cook till golden brown in colour and flip it to th other side, drizzle some oil, and then cook the other side like shown in the picture below.

Serve hot.
