#amazingingredients ( Rice flour)in this recipe I have used rice flour, flour, coconut milk, cardamom powder to make an extremely delicious rose cake like cookies..

Ingredient

3/4 cup

Rice Flour

3 1/2 cup

Coconut milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take all the dry ingredients together

Then add Salt to taste

Slowly add milk and coconut milk to form a batter of pouring consistancy, a little thinner than Dosa batter.

Heat oil in a pan, temperature should be medium and the mould should be sizzling hot.

Dip the mould to 3/4th in batter than

* Step 6

Deep fry in oil, after few minutes slightly shake the mould holding the hand firmly, if the Rose cake is not getting removed, use fork or knife to shake it out.

The colour and texture of the Rose cake shall as shown in the picture
