Potatoes, pumpkin and carrot stew
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large sufuria, saute the onions
* Step 2
Add the garlic, potatoes, carrots, pumpkin and oregano. Ass in some water and stir to combine.
* Step 3
Cover and bring to a boil, then remove cover and continue cooking on a slow boil for approximately 15 minutes until veggies are tender. Season.
* Step 4
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
