Mandazi balls

Ingredient

3 tbsp

margarine

1 tbsp

dry yeast

80 g

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients

* Step 2

Rub in the margarine and oil to a Crumbly texture

* Step 3

Pour in the milk and knead

* Step 4

Divide the dough and mould them into small balls

* Step 5

Arrange them in a tray and cover. Let proof for at least 30 minutes

* Step 6

Heat oil in a large pan to medium high

* Step 7

Dip in the proofed balls and let fry till golden

* Step 8

Remove and place in an underlined container

* Step 9

Serve with your favorite drink
