Sooji halwa

#traditional. Easy and quick to make prasadam.

Ingredient

1 cup

Sooji

2+1/2 cup

Milk

1+1/4 cup

Sugar

1/2 cup

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a kadai and roast sooji for 3 to 4 min and keep it a side.

* Step 2

Boil milk and sugar in a vessel once sugar dissolves completely add sooji and stir continuously mean while add ghee as required.Slowly it becomes thick switch of the flame and transfer into a ghee coated plate.

Once cool down cut into pieces.
