200gms

Garlic

As required

Salt

4 tsp

Jeera

Handful

Urad dal

As required

Oil

50gms

Tamarind

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in pan and fry red chillies after 3 to 4 min add jeera and urad dal

* Step 2

Once cool down add all ingredients into food processor and pulse for 2 to 3min.Now add salt and raw garlic cloves& pulse for another 2min.

* Step 3

Finally add tamarind and grind for 2min.

* Step 4

Serve with hot idlis.
