Methi seeds

1/4 tsp

Jeera

1/4 tsp

Urad dal

1/4 tsp

Turmeric

3 tbsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and cut all veggies properly.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan for tempering add all the above ingredients once started splutter add veggies & spices.

* Step 3

(Red chilli powder,salt,haldi,hing & jaggery).Now add tamarind water and cook for another 5 min.

* Step 4

Once it starts boiling close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Switch off the flame wait until it cools down. Remove the lid and cook for another 5min on high flame.

Garnish with coriander.

* Step 7

Serve with hot rice,dal and ghee.
