Drumstick milk curry

Curry leaves

1/4 tsp

Turmeric

300 to 400 ml

Milk

5 tbsp

Oil

1/4 tsp

Urad dal

1/4 tsp

Jeera

To taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in kadai and add all the above ingredients for tempering.(including cloves, cinnamon,star anise,curry leaves & turmeric)

* Step 2

Now add onions cook on high flame for 3 to 4 min followed by drumsticks.Close the lid and cook for 15 min adjust the flame to medium to high.

* Step 3

Now add milk and cook for another 15 to 20 min on low flame until done.

* Step 4

Switch off the flame and serve hot with rice.
