Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl add required water and make a dough.
* Step 2
Rest for 5 min.In a bowl add maida and ghee & make a paste.
* Step 3
Make thin roti as much as possible.Apply ghee mixture and make a roll.
* Step 4
Now cut the roll into small portions.
* Step 5
Roll that small portions into disc shape. Apply ghee mixture and fold like a triangle.
* Step 6
Again roll the triangle namkeen and prick with the help of a fork.(By pricking namkeen will not get puffed when fried)
* Step 7
Deep fry in a low flame until golden brown.
* Step 8
Delicious namkeen is ready.
