Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan and add water when the water starts boiling add methi and peas keep it for 2-3 mins in medium flame then strain the water and keep the methi and peas aside.

* Step 2

Now grind the tomato, onion and green chilies and keep aside

* Step 3

Heat oil in another pan add hing then add cumin seeds add tomato and onion paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder haldi and red chilli powder

* Step 4

Stir continuously until the raw smells disappears.Add crushed peppers and garam masala

* Step 5

When the masala leaves the oil add malai or fresh cream

* Step 6

Then add salt and little sugar.

* Step 7

Keep the Flame low and let it cook for 4-5 mins

* Step 8

Your yummy and tasty Meethi matar malai is ready
