Sweet and sour Raw mango chutney
This is everyone' favourite in my family...
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil then add carom seeds.Let it crackle then add finely chopped red chillies and ginger
* Step 2
Then add mango and saute a little
* Step 3
Add sugar.Mix it well.Then add water to cover the mangoes.
* Step 4
Finally add all the remaining ingredients and allow it to cook until mangoes turn soft.
* Step 5
Quick and instant mango chutney is ready.
