Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a cooker add potatoes, tomato, capsicum and onion.
* Step 2
Add all the spices.Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.Then add curd,mix it well and add little water around 1/4 cup.
* Step 3
Cover the cooker with the lid.Wait for the cooker to release pressure.After One whistle lower the flame for 1-2 mins
* Step 4
Then switch off the flame. Don't release the pressure.
* Step 5
The pressure in the cooker will allow the sabji to cook properly.
* Step 6
Then decorate it with sliced tomato and capsicum and finally serve it.Goes well with Rotis or daal chawal
* Step 7
Note: The curd does all the wonder.Even this sabji is cooked without oil the thick texture of the curd gives a yummy look and taste.
