Besan ki kadhi
Very easy on a lazy day ,do try it and enjoy this yummy and tasty kadhi
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil. Then add A Pinch of Hing and jeera
* Step 2
Once the jeera starts to splutter add onion and fry
* Step 3
Once the onion becomes golden add chilli powder haldi and salt
* Step 4
When the raw smell disappears add curd mixed with besan and keep stirring in one direction else the curd will separate. if required add water keep aside on medium flame and let it boil.
* Step 6
Take besan mix all the ingredients add water and make a thick batter it should not be runny.fry the pakodas and keep aside.
* Step 7
Cut the pakodas into half
* Step 8
Now add all the pakodas in the Curd batter
* Step 9
Let it boil for another 5 minutes
* Step 10
For tadka.Take 1 teaspoon oil in a laddle add fenugreek seeds dried red chillies Chillies and curry leaves add this tadka to the gravy.

Your yummy besan ki kadhi is ready
