Ingredient

1 bowl

rajma

2 tbsp

Oil

to taste

Salt

few chopped

Green coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rajma for 2-3 hours in lukewarm water

* Step 2

Now remove that water and wash it well.boil it with double quantity of water in a cooker about ½ hour

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan add jeera, ginger garlic paste,paste of tomato onion.

* Step 4

After 5 minutes add dry masale and boiled rajma

* Step 5

Cook it 5-10 minutes without lid add green coriander leaves

* Step 6

Mix garam masala your rajma is ready to serve.
