* Step 1

Parboil the beans n keep aside.

* Step 2

Peel potatoes,wash n cut.

* Step 3

Chop onions n pepper,put into a pot,add oil n stir fry,add little water,added seasonings n spices.

* Step 4

Wen d water boiled,add d potatoes n beans n allow dem to cook,u can add vegetables like spinach,ugwu,carrots,green beans,peas,green pepper etc.
