Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add suji and curd mix it well then add salt, add water a make a semi-thick batter. Keep aside for 10 mins.

* Step 2

Now grease idli moulds and keep the idli steamer to heat. Now add eno and immediately add into the moulds, put this batter on the idli stand and cover the lid of the cooker for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

After that take out idlis from the stand. Soft and yummy idlis are ready to serve. Serve with chutney or sambhar.
