Baingan Bhaja is a comforting side dish of bengali , big clean egg plants are chosen for making begun bhaja. Sliced in round shape and coated with spices, shallow fried .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, besan, salt and 2 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well.make a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Add the baingan slices into paste, and Keep aside.
* Step 3
Heat a non-stick tava or pan, add oil shallow fry all baingan pieces both the sides till golden brown in colour.
* Step 4
Sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with green coriander, serve immediately.
