Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For mango laddu- take a pan add 1 cup dessicated coconut, dry roast it then add mango pure cook till then thick add condensed milk, add 50 gm mava and cardamom powder, Stir regularly.when it will thick add 1tsp ghee make a shape of laddu and coat with dedicated coconut.
* Step 2
For matra laddu- take a pan add 1 cup dessicated coconut, dry roast it then add matar halva, add condensed milk, add 50 gm mava and cardamom powder and Stir regularly.when it will thick add 1 tsp ghee and make a shape of laddu and coat with dessicated coconut.add sugar if needed.
* Step 3
For carrot laddu- take a pan add 1 cup dessicated coconut, dry roast it then add carrot halva, add condensed milk, add 50 gm mava and cardamom powder and Stir regularly.when it will thick add 1tsp ghee make a shape of laddu and coat with dedicated coconut.
* Step 4
Thee type of laddu is ready garnish with cherry, almonds and raisens.
