Upvaas ke Medu wade

#shivratri #goldenapron#post1 Actually I don't keep any Upvaas( vrat)but I like the food made during these days.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Corasely grind the Sama rice.Chop chillies, coriander leaves.

In a pan boil water and add rock salt, pepper powder, oil.When it is boiling add powdered Sama rice, chillies and coriander leaves. stir continuously.There should be no lumps.when it thickens off the flame, cover and keep for 5 minutes.

When it is cool add Singhada flour,mix and make a dough.Make small balls out of it.Apply some oil to hand before making balls.

Flatten the ball a little and form hole in the center using your finger, so that u can see through it similarly make all of them.

* Step 5

Heat oil in a wok.Put the wada's in hot oil and lower the flame to medium. Fry on both sides on medium heat. Remove and serve with green chutney.

It is crispy outside and soft inside.
