Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the potato in a pressure cooker
* Step 2
Firstly chop cauliflower and wash it
* Step 3
.Heat oil in a pan fry the cauliflower and strain in a paper napkin.
* Step 4
Now fry the boiled potato and strain it
* Step 5
Make the paste of chopped onion,ginger garlic,cumin seeds,cloves,whole black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom
* Step 6
Again heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle.
* Step 7
.Add onion paste and fry till light brown.
* Step 8
.Add tomato and add some water and saute for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
* Step 9
Fry the spices till oil starts to leave the sides
* Step 10
.Add cauli flower pieces, potato,green chilli and stir fry
* Step 11
.Add 1 cup of water, salt for gravy and boil it.
* Step 12
Then cover with a lid and simmer the gas till the veggies are cooked.
* Step 13
Ganish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapties
