Spinach oats dhokla

Lemon juice

to taste

Salt

1 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blanch the spinach and grind to make a paste.

* Step 2

Dry roast the oats and make a powder

* Step 3

Take a large bowl combine rava,oats powder spinach puree,curd,lemon juice,salt,sugar and one tbsp oil and one cup of water.

* Step 4

Keep aside for 15 mins.

* Step 5

Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla batter and pour the batter into the plate and steam for 10 mins

* Step 6

Heat oil in a pan,add rai/black mustard seeds once it gets crackled and then add the curry leaves and green chilli.

* Step 7

Pour it over the dhokla and cut in to cubes.

* Step 8

Enjoy oats spinach dhokla with coconut chutney
