Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop onion in a ring shape.

* Step 2

Dip in the salt water for half an hour.

* Step 3

Take a bowl combine gram flour,rice flour,salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

* Step 4

Add some water and make a thick batter

* Step 5

Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 6

Dip the onion rings into the batter.

* Step 7

Coat them well.

* Step 8

Fry them golden and crispy.

* Step 9

Drain in paper napkin.

* Step 10

Serve hot with tea.
