Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan
* Step 2
Add chicken pieces and saute for 10 mins.and strain it,
* Step 3
Again heat clarified butter in a pan.
* Step 4
Add bay leaf,green cardamom,black cardamom,mace,cloves,whole black pepper and cinnamon to crackle.
* Step 5
Add onion paste and fry till brown.
* Step 6
Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriande rpowder,garam masala powder and khus khus paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 7
Add chicken pieces and mix well.
* Step 8
Add one cup of water and cook cover till 15 - 20 mins
