Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Add all dry fruits fry and strain it.

* Step 3

Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.

* Step 4

Cook till milk reduce to 1/4.

* Step 5

Add lemon juice to curdle the milk.

* Step 6

Add condensed milk and sugar in a paneer

* Step 7

Cook till thick.

* Step 8

Add grated fresh coconut,cardamom powder and all dry fruits.

* Step 9

Once cooled to make a ladoo.

* Step 10

Keep in the freeze for sometime and serve
