Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the pan add mawa / whole dried milk on a medium flame.

* Step 2

When it's colour change in light brown switch off the gas.

* Step 3

Once cooled,add coconut,raisins,cashew nuts and cardamom powder.

* Step 4

Now stuffing is ready.

* Step 5

For the covering Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and clarified butter.

* Step 6

Knead to make a soft and smooth dough with the help of little amount of water.

* Step 7

Keep aside for 15 mins.

* Step 8

Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll out each ball into a round puri

* Step 9

Stuff the mawa / whole dried filling in it.

* Step 10

And cover with other puri and seal the edges with water and shape it.

* Step 11

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these chandrakala until golden in colors.

* Step 12

Always cook in medium flame.

* Step 13

Drain extra oil.

* Step 14

For syrup Now prepare the sugar syrup of one string consistency.

* Step 15

Dip into the sugar syrup for ten mins.
