Shahi tamarind chutney

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak tamarind / imli is water and squeeze out the pulp.

* Step 2

In a pan add tamarind pulp sugar and water in a medium flame.

* Step 3

Boil till it gets thick.

* Step 4

Add roasted cumin seeds powder,salt,black salt,red chilli powder and mix well.

* Step 5

Once cooled,add dry fruits (cashew nuts,almonds and raisins) and mix well.

* Step 6

Add chopped banana,pear,cherry and mango.

* Step 7

Serve chilled.
