Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the mustard seeds in a pan and strain it
* Step 2
In a blender add roasted mustard seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,ginger and salt and blend to make a paste.
* Step 4
Add asafoetida and mustard paste and stir occassionaly in a low flame.
* Step 5
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and sugar and mix well
* Step 7
Add vinegar and mix well.Your mustard sauce is ready
