Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop all the veggies and boil in a pressure cooker.
* Step 2
Once cooled mash all the veggies.
* Step 3
Add chopped green chilli,grated ginger and coriander leaves
* Step 4
Also add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
* Step 6
All ingredients add in the wheat flour and also add one tbsp oil and make a soft dough.
* Step 7
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
