Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather all the ingredients. Remove fish bones & mash boiled potato.
* Step 2
Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onions. As it turns light brown, add all the ingredients in it except flour & oil. Cook for around 10minutes then remove it from heat. Make a dough with maida, pinch of salt, 1tsp oil & required amount of water. Then make petha shape as shown & stuff it with hilsa mixture.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan then fry the Pethas. And your yummy hilsha petha is ready to serve!
