Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend bhaat with 3 tbsp water.
* Step 2
Heat a 1 tsp ghee in a pan, add blended rice paste & stir continuously till it gets a dough texture & then remove it from heat source.
* Step 3
Take this mixture in a bowl, let it cool then add, milk powder, maida, 1 tbsp ghee in it & mix well.
* Step 4
Make rasgullas out of this mixture. Now make the sugar syrup using ingredients mentioned in syrup section, it will have a one string consistency. Now add the rasgullas in the sugar syrup.
* Step 5
Cover & Cook for 10 minutes. At five minutes interval, open the lid & stir then remove it from heat source.
* Step 6
Cover the rasgullas for around 30 minutes. And your Bhaat rasgulla is ready to serve!
