* Step 1
Except oil & ash gourd leaves mix all the ingredients, then add water in it & make a thick batter.
* Step 2
Rub pinch of salt, turmeric powder, maggi noodle masala(optional) in ash gourd leaves.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, in medium low heat, dip the leaves in batter, then slowly put them in the pan & fry.
* Step 4
And your yummy Ash gourd leaf fritters are ready to serve! Serve it hot with tomato sauce/ chutney/ raita.
