Ingredient

oil

1/4 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

flour

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/4 tsp

ajwain

to taste

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat water in pan, add 1tsp oil, 1/4 tsp salt in it. After 1 boil, add rava & stir continuously. When the water is reduced, remove it from heat source. Except oil,ghee, mix all the ingredients with rava, make a dough(don't add water), then add 1 tsp oil in dough & make parantha out of rava dough following usual roti/parantha process.

Heat a pan, put the paranthas, as one side is cooked, flip to another side & put 1 tsp ghee ensuring both sides are fried well. And your Semolina Parantha is ready to serve!
