Kamande stew

I just missed this small things called kamande. Taste delicious!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put oil in a clean sufuria and warm.

* Step 2

Add onion and cook till golden brown.

* Step 3

Add the tomatoes, coriander, carrots and pepper. Stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Add the potatoes, add the salt to taste and stir.

* Step 5

Cover and allow to cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 6

Add cabbage, stir and cover to cook for another 2 minutes.

* Step 7

Add the kamande. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

* Step 8

Add water, stir, cover and allow to boil.

* Step 9

Make sure that the potatoes are well cooked before serving.

* Step 10

Serve with chapatti or beetroot rice.
