Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, deseed the dates and keep them ready.
* Step 2
Dry roast the nuts and keep them aside.
* Step 3
Now dry roast oats in a pan on medium heat till golden brown color. Let the oats and nuts come at room temperature.
* Step 4
Take all the ingredients in a grinding jar and blend them, dates will help in binding the ladoos.
* Step 5
Pour this mixture into a mixing bowl. Apply a little ghee to the palm, take a small portion of this mixture and make a ball shape using the palm. Oats dry fruits ladoo are ready to serve.
