papdi

1 cup

yoghurt

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/4 cup

sev bhujia

1 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the chickpeas overnight and then boil them with salt. I have use here papdi brought from store.

* Step 2

In a bowl add yoghurt and sugar and mix well. Keep the papdis in a plate and top it with the yoghurt mixture.

* Step 3

Now on it add boiled potatoes, chickpeas and onion. Drizzle it with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

* Step 4

Now sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala. Lastly add sev bhujia and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
