Chicken paturi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boneless chicken, onion and 2 green chillies and make a paste in the blender
* Step 2
In a bowl add chicken paste, mustard paste, poppy seed paste, grated coconut, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate the mixture for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Take banana leaves lightly roast them to avoid cracking, take chicken mixture, put it in the middle of banana leaf, put 1 green chilli and little Mustard Oil over it, wrap it and prick it with a tooth pick, repeat the same process for the remaining chicken
* Step 4
In a pan add mustard oil, put the chicken wrap and cover and cook till banana leaves get brown in colour, from both sides. Paturi is ready, serve with steamed rice
