milk

1/2 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the mango, peel it, cut it in cubes and then blend to make smooth puree, then in the puree add milk and blend again.

* Step 2

In a pan add the mango puree and keep stirring at low flame for 10 minutes, then add sugar and stir again.

* Step 3

After then add cornflour slurry, and keep stirring, mango puree will start thickening. Switch off the flame.

* Step 4

Then Grease a pudding mould with oil or ghee, pour the mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Then demould it and enjoy.
