It is a easy and simple recipe which you can eat in breakfast as well as evening snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add sooji, eggs, salt, little water and mix properly.
* Step 2
In the same bowl add chopped carrots, onion, tomato, green chilies, and black pepper and add water and make a batter not too thin or thick.
* Step 3
Take a nonstick tawa, sprinkle little oil, pour a ladle full of batter in it. Medium the flame cook one side and then flip the other side to cook as well.
* Step 4
Serve them with sauce or any dip or chutney of your choice.
