Ingredient

2 cups

water

1/2 inch

peeled ginger

1/2 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil water in a saucepan.

* Step 2

Crush ginger, black peppercorns, cloves, and cinnamon stick.

* Step 3

Once the water is boiled add crushed Ingredients and tulsi leaves.

* Step 4

Let it boil to medium heat for 15 minutes or till reduced to half.

* Step 5

Strain it in a cup and add honey. Kadha is ready.
