Vegetable fried rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl soak rice for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
In a vessel add water, 1tbsp oil, and salt, let the water boil, then add rice, allow the rice to cook completely, drain water and let it cool.
* Step 3
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, saute it, then add chopped carrot, beans, and capsicum and stir fry the vegetables.
* Step 4
Then add cooked rice, salt, and black pepper and mix properly.
Enjoy fried rice with chili chicken or Manchurian or any gravy of your choice.
