Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Mix flour, salt, pepper with little water to make a batter, dip egg in the batter and fry and keep aside

* Step 2

In the same oil add garlic, saute it, then add onion and capsicum and saute it.

* Step 3

Add all the 3 sauces, salt, sugar, black pepper powder and mix properly. Bring it to boil.

* Step 4

Then make cornflour slurry by adding water with cornflour and add in the gravy to thicken it.

* Step 5

Add the fried eggs, mix well and serve.
