Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix rice, curd and salt and mash this mixture slightly using back of spoon. Keep in the fridge while you perform rest of the steps. 2. 3.

* Step 2

Into bowl, add cabbage, french beans, peas, curd and salt, give it a good mix. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Now heat ghee in pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and gradually add curry leaves & peanuts.

* Step 4

Next mix the rice curd mixture with veggie curd mixture, at this point check the salt.

* Step 5

Add the mustard tadka to the curd rice and mix well.

* Step 6

Lastly garnish with some pomegranate arils and fresh coriander.
