Walnut Fudge Brownie

Walnut Fudge Brownie

Walnut brownie for the Weekend night!

Ingredient

1/2 cup

butter

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

jaggery

1/4 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

maida

1/2+ 1/4 tsp

baking powder

1/2 cup

cocoa powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven at 170° and line 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

* Step 2

Sift maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a bowl.

* Step 3

Whisk butter, jaggery and sugar into another bowl untill it's smooth and creamy.

* Step 4

Next add egg & vanilla essence and whisk again.

* Step 5

Now transfer the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold it gradually using spatula.

* Step 6

Once everything mix well, transfer the brownie batter into pan and tap twice to level it down.

* Step 7

Now bake it into oven at 170° for 28-30 mins.

* Step 8

Now let it cool for 10 mins and then demould it from the pan.

* Step 9

Cut into squares and enjoy with Icecream.
