Rice with potato and spinach
Rice with potato & spinach a meal for toddlers (khichdi)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash potato and spinach and chop them, next soak rice in water for 20mins
* Step 2
In pot, add potato,spinach,rice,oil & salt
* Step 4
Mix everything well & bring it to boil, cover and steam cook until desired consistency (20 mins) or till everything is cooked completely
* Step 6
Mix everything well or mash well or puree with the help of the masher.
* Step 7
Khichdi is ready to serve
* Step 8
U can add pinch of pepper powder(opt)
