Designer spinach dhokla

Dhokla is very healthy nad non junk snack or breakfast . I have done some experiment with it and make it more healthy and beautiful.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a bowl take gram flour,add turmeric powder,ginger green chilli paste,salt and lemon juice. Add some water make semi thick batter. Now add baking soda into this,mix well.
* Step 2
Now divide this batter into two portion.In one portion add spinach puree. Mix well.
* Step 3
Now take a plate or tin,grease it well. Now first put 1 tsp spinach batter then put simple batter on it.Repeat this process with both batter. Make design with the help of toothpick.put tin into steamer for about 15 minutes. Designer dhokla is ready.cut inti small pieces.
* Step 4
Now for tempering - take a small pan, add 2tsp oil, then add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and mustard seeds. When seeds start to splutter add curry leaves and green chillies. Pour this on dhokla. Designer spinach dhokla is ready to serve. Serve with chutney or sauce.
