Seasonal veggies are used which are healthy and tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds,cloves and cinnamon and saute them.
* Step 2
Now add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them.
* Step 3
Now add sliced onion and saute it on sim.
* Step 4
Now add chopped tomato and sauteit.
* Step 5
Now add boiled veggies and saute them.
* Step 6
Add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and mix well on sim.
* Step 7
Now add soaked and drained rice and water till they fully sink anr give whistles.
* Step 8
Serve hot with raita or curd.
